What is Like Bricks?
Like Bricks is an indoor play centre built around construction bricks. Children wander through a small city made of bricks, build their own models at the building tables, climb and slide in a soft play structure and try interactive digital games. The Festival City branch covers 4,000 sq ft and is one of four Like Bricks centres in the UAE, alongside Dubai Hills Mall, Palm Jumeirah and City Centre Al Zahia in Sharjah.

Where to find it
Level 1 of Dubai Festival City Mall, on the South Parking side, near Centrepoint. Park in the south car park for the shortest walk. Other kids venues in the same mall make it easy to combine two activities in one visit (see below).
Late opening at weekends
It stays open until 1am from Friday to Sunday, which makes it one of the few play centres in Dubai still open after dinner.

Entry is sold as timed play sessions. A family review of the Dubai Hills branch put the first hour at around AED 100. Prices change with offers and school holidays, so check with the centre before you go (04 884 1472).
Birthday parties and school trips
The branch has a private party room. Birthday packages include decoration, entertainment and food. Like Bricks also hosts school trips built around hands-on STEM activities, for groups of up to 100 students.
